A little bit of this and that…

The first weekend of March, we were able to go to a golf tournament out at Newport Beach. Some of our friends invited us to tag along, they had skybox tickets on the 18th hole where we could watch everyone putt in. It was really sweet! We had never been to anything like it so it was fun to see the pro golfing world. Neal was in HEAVEN, he couldn’t stop talking about how awesome it was.

Michelle and I hosted BUNCO this month, it was a lot of fun as always, here is the yummy Spa Fresh Cucumber Limeade (click on the name to get the recipe) and the prizes. We did a green theme for St. Patty’s day and everyone brought green treats to share.

My friend Erin, the amazing seamstress, helped me to lengthen this dress. I think it turned out pretty great! Thanks Erin! Click on the picture for the directions on how it was done from her crafting blog. I got this dress for $3 at Wal-Mart and the fabric was at tops $2 so I think it was quite the steal!

Wigged-Out Bunco

We started having a monthly Bunco night last September, and it’s been happening ever since. We just can’t get enough! This month it was “Wigged–Out” , such a fun idea, we all wore wigs to play Bunco. It was a blast and it’s been so fun getting to know other girls and making new friends. I look forward to every 2nd Thursday of the month because that means BUNCO-TIME!!!
