So for St. Patrick's Day I thought it would be fun to make dinner for Neal to celebrate. I remember being little and my mom would make us green macaroni and cheese and make the butter green and all different kind of things, so I decided to do the same. I put green food coloring in the mashed potatoes, made green juice, and we had green salad. I found some fun four leaf clover decorations and got green paper for place mats. It was kind of trippy to eat green potatoes, but at least they tasted normal.
