On October 10, 2009 we had the opportunity to attend the OC Walk To Remember. It is an event for people who have lost their babies in pregnancy or as infants and we walk the steps they will never get to take. It meant so much to see that all these people there that were in a similar situation and honoring their little angels. I still feel so humbled for the great support I have here. I have some amazing friends! My friend Michelle happened upon this walk and sent me the info. She also had the wonderful idea to make shirts for all of us to walk in. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness!

But what made this day even more special was my family at home who decided to walk the same day in behalf of Jayden. I still get teary thinking about it! We have such wonderful family and friends that love and support us! It is so humbling and it will be a day we’ll always remember. Thank you to everyone for walking steps that Jayden won’t be able to.
They had some speakers, announced all the babies names that we were walking in behalf of, gave roses to parents who had lost a child(ren), had a wall that you could write messages to your children on, and they had signs all along the walk with great quotes. It was really such a great experience!
